This means establishing genuine connections with each member, learning about fitness trends and strategies and connecting them appropriately. Our team includes, Cycle Instructors, Fitness Trainers, Group Fitness Instructors and Group Trainers, Housekeepers, Member Service Advisers, as well as Pilates Instructors. Cycle Instructor: An accredited Group Fitness Instructor certification with 2 years of experience specializing in rhythm-based rides. A specific cycling certification such as Schwinn, Stages or similar with 2 years of experience leading rhythm-based rides.

Fitness Trainers: A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar or a NCCA approved certification with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with clients in a on one setting or 2 years of experience working with clients one on one in a luxury or hospitality-based setting.

Group Fitness Instructors/Group Trainer: A degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology or similar or a NCCA approved certification or an accredited Group Fitness Instructor certification and 2 years of experience leading group fitness classes or small group training. This applicant must possess excellent communication skills and high levels of social intelligence.

Housekeepers: 3-5 years of experience working in a country club, hospitality or similar luxury setting. Must be able to communicate efficiently in English and Spanish and have a desire to have regular interaction with members.

Member Service Advisers: A bachelor’s degree in a health management, or business administration preferred or 3-5 years documented experience working in a health club environment in a customer service or sales role, or a NCCA approved personal training certification and 1 year experience working in a health club environment.

Pilates Instructor: Completion of a major certification and at least 2 years of instruction experience. Demonstrated ability to connect with members and grow class attendance.
