Membership Policies
Membership Guidelines
Memberships are available on a month to month basis and will auto renew on the same date each month until they are cancelled. Adult memberships are available to those over 18 years of age. Minor memberships are available to children that are 14 years of age to 18 years of age. Minors that are 14 to 16 years of age must be supervised by a legal guardian, whom is also a member of The Preserve at all times while on the property. Those that are 17 years and older can be unaccompanied by an adult member.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellation forms must be emailed with 15 days advance of scheduled billing date to memberservices@thepreservehouston.com. You must complete the cancellation form and return it in order to cancel your membership. Cancellation requests received with less than 15 days notice will be billed on the next regularly scheduled date and membership will extend 30 days from the final billing date. Non-use of membership does not constitute a valid reason for a refund.
Membership Suspensions/Freezes
Requests for suspension of membership billing and access should be emailed with 15 days advance of scheduled billing date to memberservices@thepreservehouston.com. You will receive an email acknowledgement and confirmation of suspension. Memberships can be suspended or frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year. Suspension requests for medically documented conditions that prevent or restrict physical activity may be extended up to 12 months.
Guest Passes
Each member will receive two guest passes per month for use. Guest passes can be used for family members, coworkers, friends, anyone who would like to utilize the gym with you. Member must be present at the same time guest would like access. After the members guest passes are utilized for the month, guest or members can purchase a day pass at the time of visit. As with members, the minimum age to access The Preserve is 14. All minors under the age of 16 must be supervised by the member.
Conduct and etiquette
All members should conduct themselves in a professional manner with respect for the self, other members, staff and facility.
All members must wear a mask in accordance with State guidelines while in the facility. Members may remove mask temporarily if they are able to maintain proper spacing from other members when the mask presents a physical or mental impairment.
Return equipment to original and proper place/functionality after use.
Please sanitize all of equipment with a disinfectant wipe after use.
Please dress in a respectable manner.
Kindly do not make or take calls on the workout floor or while attending classes.
Abstain from photography and or social media posts that capture other members without their consent or acknowledgement.
Promotional Incentives
Account balances added to a members account as an enrollment incentive shall expire 60 days from the date of enrollment. Enrollment incentive balances maybe used toward the purchase of any amount of group reformer classes, or any package of 4 or more personal training, private yoga or private Pilates services. Account balances are not valid for the purchases of individual sessions, aside from group reformer classes or retail items. Promotional Incentives have no cash value or equivalent.
