Through her years of experience, Hayley has developed a style that focuses on challenging her students to discover new asanas, and creative ways to get their bodies to morph into prescribed poses. She love binds, balances, and inversions, and seeing her students leave her classes with a sense of achievement and motivation to come back to the mat.
